This awesome rawnola is a keeper you know.

I love it. And is so healthy, it’s crazy! Tasty as can be!

If you avoid gluten like me, you must know that finding a gluten free granola, muesli or any ready cereal pack, is not an easy thing. Especially if you too live in Athens!! So I reminded myself again that when you want something done right, do it yourself. And here we are.

So, quinoa, oats, coconut. What more to ask from my raw cereal than to be high in protein, fiber & coco packed right? Yes! Then, you have blueberries, whole grain tahini and agave syrup & a twist of vanilla to take it over the top!!

Have it with plant milk, plant yogurt, or plain fruit! Put it over your ice cream, over your toast with peanut butter & jelly, so many option for this baby.


⚜️Recipe:
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup quinoa pops
1 cup muesli of your choice
1/2 cup coconut shredded
3 tbsp milled flaxseeds
3 tbsp whole tahini
3 tbsp agave syrup
1 cup sultaninas
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1 tsp vanilla bean extract
Directions:
Put everything in your blender and blend.

Ha! Ready!

Store in an air tight container in the fridge to keep it crunchy. 💚

An easy way to use it in a quick yummy dessert is this!!

Just add coconut oil to your rawnola to make it stickier and press it down into small pies! Then add nicecream, cream, fruit, yogurt, just about anything you can think of! This is so good and at the same time, so quick and easy to make! Don’t forget it’s damn healthy too. 😉
