Oh my, peanut butter & chocolate!

My ultimate dessert. It’s just perfect. Go ahead and try to top this one. I don’t think it’s possible! So if you haven’t tried it yet, here’s my simple recipe:

Ingredients:

Makes 6 cups

250 gr dark chocolate

1 tbsp olive oil

banana coins

chunky peanut butter

Directions:

Melt the chocolate in a sauce pan in low heat and add the olive oil. It can be done simply or in bain marie. Then fill a silicone muffin molds with the chocolate around 1 cm high. Add 1/2 tsp of peanut butter on top. Then place a banana slice and press slightly downwards.

Lastly add rest of chocolate to cover the banana and even the surface out. That’s it! Let cool in the fridge for an hour.
