Α different kind of hummus involving red lentils and my favourite seeds. Simple and so good!

⚜️Ingredients:

1 cup red lentils
1/4 cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup olive oil

2 garlic cloves

1 tbsp whole tahini
1/2 tsp pink salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
juice of 1 lemon

Boil the lentils with 2 cups water, salt & pepper for about 10 minutes. Strain leaving just a bit of water left and put in a food processor. Add rest ingredients. Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth. If too thick, add water. Done! You can add cumin, red onion, red pepper flakes on top, parsley, or grilled cherry tomatoes.
