Fresh, delicious & easy no bake

Sweet potato Cheesecake, vegan, gluten free and fabulous!

⚜️Ingredients:

Base:

vegan cookies,

1/2 cup almonds,

5-6 dates,

1 tbsp vegan butter.

Put everything in a blender until sticky consistency. Place and spread on a 20″ baking tray.

Filling:

400 ml soy yogurt,

2 cups sweet potato boiled,

1 tsp cinnamon,

1/8 ground gloves,

1/2 tsp ginger,

1/4 tsp cardamom,

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup.

⚜️Directions:

Put everything in a food processor and mix until creamy. Top with more almond flakes and cookies. Freeze for one hour.
