Vegan Nutella

Nuts for Nutella!

I went to the market today and guess what? I got hazelnuts! I did not found hazelnut oil though for the Nutella I decided to make BUT as we say around here, “the good lad always knows a different path.” 😄 So I used good old avocado that never let’s me down. I also used coconut cream for added smoothness. So yeah, this is a hybrid Nutella & TOTALLY DELISH!
Do it.


1 ripe avocado
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp carob flour(optional)
90 gr dark chocolate
1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts skinned
1/2 cup coconut cream.
1 tbsp coconut oil.
1 tsp vanilla extract

Spread hazelnuts on a baking tray and put in the ovens grill (broil) for 20 minutes or until dark brown. Skin them. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave. Beat the coconut cream until light and fluffy. Put rest ingredients in a blender, add the melted chocolate and blend. Pour over the coconut cream and mix to combine.
