“Yahni” Sea Bream with tomato sauce.

Mom, you are brilliant!

So my mom is a great cook. Best one I know. This is one of her get together meals that everyone loves. Fish cooked with lots of onions, parsley in tomato sauce. Traditional, yet not everybody nails it. Mom does though. Here is her recipe, from her heart. 💜

For a big baking pan.
6 sea bream fish.
2 cans tomatoes in pieces
5 medium red onions
1 bunch parsley
1 whole garlic bulb
Olive oil
Himalayan salt and black pepper.
Stirfry onions in olive oil until transparent. Add all of the parsley chopped. Stir for 2 minutes and then add tomatoes and garlics. Season. Place some of the sauce in the pan. Put fish on top. Cover with the rest sauce on top. Cover with foil and let cook for 40 minutes in 180 C in a preheated oven. Share with loved ones! 💚
