Sweet & Savory Autumn salad with a light mustard & apple cider vinegar dressing. Ok, so this is semi raw salad, cause, cooked beans! But it’s a keeper due to awesomeness! 😉Fruits & veggies are great friends! So nothing could go wrong with this pomegranate, physalis & Asian pear cabbage & bean salad! If you are like me, indecisive about everything and you need to spice up every little thing in your life, just because you get bored easily, try this fantastic salad.


Ingredients:

red & white cabbage

grated carrot

1 small onion

1 cup cooked beans

1 tomato

1 cucumber

1/2 pomegranate fruit

couple of physalis cut in half

1 Asian pear cut in small pieces.

⚜️Dressing:

3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp mustard

salt, pepper

2 tbsp olive oil.

Blend together and pour on top of the salad.

Add some pumpkin seeds & flax seeds. Enjoy!
